1st Show - Bromham, Mountain & Moorland Class

Off we went to our 1st show. Hels was a little star, that was until it was our turn. I think she must have got stage fright (or was very bored as she had to stand and watch 8 others before her turn)...

...She decided that she could manage was a walk! This was quite amusing as I usually can't stop her from cantering.

Despite this we both enjoyed a lovely day out, all dressed up and meeting lots of new friends. She especially enjoyed munching the long grass...
...maybe she ate too much and couldn't move.

Never mind its all good experience for next time.

Despite Helens stubbornness we did get awarded a special rosette for trying. Her field mate Sammi (a miniature horse) was awarded 3rd in the best 1,2,3 yr old class (he was so sweet)
